Applied Vision offers an all-inclusive Service Department available 24 hours – 365 days a year. Applied Vision will have telephone support to the facility within minutes and, if necessary, a service engineer within hours. All service engineers are dispatched from our Akron, Ohio, office for service within the US. We realize and appreciate that some customers are 24-hour operations, and Applied Vision ensures coverage and support to the plants for these hours.
Preventive Maintenance: In addition to a one-year warranty on our systems, Applied Vision offers a preventive maintenance program. This includes site visits every six months for routine maintenance, cleaning, calibration, and additional refresher training. The Genius Get-in-Touch Server, which is optional, provides additional opportunity for the diagnosis of any issues on any Genius system within the network group.
